Focus of the group:
The focus of the group is small individualized groups providing therapy and education on addiction and how to recover from addiction. Special focus on relapse prvention tools, assignments designed to treat addiction and to lead to what it takes to remain clean and sober. Learning how to handle cravings, how to work a recovery program, and to start developing non-chemical coping tools to deal with life and stressors.
Dates:
Meets 3 nights per week. Monday - Tuesday and Thursdays
Time:
Meetings are 6:00pm - 7:30 pm
